The question in every one’s mind would be who really works at home? Even though I have listed many work at home jobs mostly that could bore active people and mostly teens. Well, the ones that mostly work at home are moms. According to a research that I read about 60~70% women work at home who are either pregnant or have small kids. Only a minor percentage of healthy women work at home. You may ask or question that women are not only the ones working at home. True, but moms dominate the work at home niche.
There are men also working in this niche, but they are mostly either part timer such as they create a product and sell it. You may have seen many affiliate sites offering products for buying. It’s mostly the old people doing this work. As for teens, they have to deal with education, women (every teen has got to have a girl friend) and then come their earnings. As they have to pay for their education working in a non-reliable field that is “working at home” very few rely on this type of work. They look for active jobs such as working at some hotels or ice cream parlors etcetera.
So over all it’s the women who dominate this niche and are working well and making a lot of money. If you want to know what kind of jobs are available, just read through the blog and I am sure you wont be disappointed.
You might be interested in reading this post. This type of earning method cannot be classified as a job, because a job is an ongoing work, but this is a onetime process or work. What exactly is this method you ask? Nothing difficult in real, you just have to go and buy a good domain related to logo designing service and create a website there. How might you ask and you’ll also be thinking about a logo portfolio (which should be shown to potential customers in order to gain orders)?
There are many logo companies which allow you as affiliate vendors to use the company’s logo portfolio for displaying at your site. As these companies a big they have a vast portfolio and you can attract them any way you wish. Most of the logo design companies pay an average of 10 to 14 percent commission of each customer that you send.
Is making a website the only job, you ask? Not really, you may have to take up some time to promote your website on some forums. There is a big list on Google of webmaster forums when you search for the term “webmaster forums”. Just put in your site, your logo design companies pricing and some examples if possible and let it run on itself. There is no maintenance what so ever after promotions. It’s just sit back and home and keep earning. To know more about logo sites and their affiliate programs search Google for “logo design affiliate” and analyze through the list.
Amongst the many freelancing jobs available on the internet, earning money flipping blogs is one the best and rewarding one. Buyers, readers and professional bloggers are always in seek for potential blogs either to increase their network blog count or earn money from the blog itself via advertisement. You may have seen many flipping eBooks which may help and guide you making a good earning every year.
While this flipping work requires knowledge, skills, luck and selling expertise the earning can reach upto eight to ten grand a year. I myself have flipped many blog for $500 to $800 after working a few months from them.
What exactly you ask that you have to do? In a summary style I’ll list in points.
# Register a domain for blog use;
# Write upto 30 to 50 blog articles each with 200 to 300 words;
# Post each article in a delay of 5 days and promoting each blog post on social networking websites;
# After 30 blog posts have been completed the traffic should reach about 200 to 500 visits a day;
# Go to a website selling site (I would prefer Flippa) and sell the blog for around $500 to $800.
You may ask what would be the calculations and profits. Well the domain would cost around $10 and if a writer is hired 30 posts x $3 would be $90. So a total of $100 invested and the return of $400+ working merely 5 to 8 minutes a day. Seems good.
This is one of a home based job that comes under the category of web mastering. Or in simple words a job of a web site owner. The best part of this job is that you can work without having any experience and skills whatsoever. The one thing with you should be creativity and luck.
This home-based business may need some initial investment, but the best part is that you have a full year to work and cash in the investment you made in the form of domain registration. The question in the mind of many would be how much could you earn with this? Well, not much may be two to five grand a year. This may seem very low, but with mostly fifteen minutes put in one domain a year it is a simple and easy way to earn money.
The key to earn money is grasping domains that other people could use for their websites. For example, I owned a domain tourney.net, it sounded like a gamming domain so I set it to auction and incredibly got a bid of $50 and sold it. You may ask how much was my investment? Well, not much just $3. How? I bought it off a domain forum.
There are many wide niches in the domain business. You may find many people buying and selling page ranked domains, some selling aged domains and some selling domains with vital keywords or letting short letter domains. You if you select this niche you may have a wide choice and range.
There are many domain forums out there where you can do buy and selling services for your domains. However, I prefer DigitalPoint Forums and Namepros Forums. They both are trusted and pioneer places for selling domain names.
Amongst the many high paying jobs out there, working as a SEO guy in one of the highest paying ones. One might ask what SEO is and what work has to be done? Well, basically SEO means Search Engine Optimization meaning working on your site to make is visible and searched better in search engines. As far as work is concerned, it can be a little boring but high paying.
Selecting your work as SEO requires internet and management skills. If selected as a job you will have to make collections of websites/blogs and forums on which you can post to generate backlinks. You’ll have to write articles and post them on authority sites as well as article websites. The work doesn’t end here. A SEO job requires making submissions to directories as well as social networking websites. In simple words, the main key or objective is to build backlinks. All the work stated above is also called offsite optimization.
Again, the skills required are not of very big concern, spending about 4 – 5 hours a day could easily help you achieve your objectives. As for a career and job opportunities, there are many forums out there on which you could get SEO jobs. The most common ones are blog commenting and article writing and submission. You could well earn $50 - $500 per job and the best part is you mostly get repeat offers. I know of people who earn about $1500 to $5000 a month simply commenting on blogs and doing some article submissions. You could too; the key is researching ways to do so. There are many guides out on the internet that can help you with SEO.
Working at home might become boring as many of the legit jobs are usually are clicking advertisements and reading email and stuff like that. A person working at home needs adventure in his work. The work should be new and unique each time. The factor that can’t be unaccounted for is having fun while working. Well then you are for a treat.
Working as a game tester can be the most awesome work at home job. However earnings might be low at the entry level but income can be solid. While there are no special requirements for this job you must be an avid gamer. The people of game producers may test you with a “bug-filled” game to know your skills.
This field has a lot of varieties and options available. Working with games of different game types like FPS (First Person Shooter), Arcade, Racing, Strategy etcetera. So in short you may find your gamming skills strong towards the FPS, so you may redirect out there.
Finding a job is really hard. People usually get jobs on bases of their gamming knowledge, some basic coding skills and a lot of experience. Thus making a name would be very important. For example, I know of a friend who was real good in counter-strike (a FPS game) and he made a mark by defeating on the best in the country. He was later contacted by a private firm to beta test on their games. So making a mark is important.
There are many opportunities out there and you may get paid for small jobs. Try to get small jobs and even little dollars can make up a huge sum of money. Beware of scams and try to research before going for a job.
I have mentioned many jobs that could be done at home to earn some extra cash. While these home based jobs do seem profitable and genuine there are many scammers out there trying to get their dirty work done without any payment to you. I’ll try to share on some tips on how to avoid these scams so that you are assured of an earning.

First and foremost, don’t be greedy. There are many offers out there saying that you can earn fifteen to twenty grand a month, absolutely no way. Even top bloggers and website owners hardly manage that much income, so don’t go for these types of jobs they are 100% scam.
Next, try to research and know about the company or website you are about to work with. If you are to join a “get paid to read” program then do some effective research, ask people from forums if you get paid etcetera. If positive reviews come then only join that particular program.
Take what you get and don’t give away. While finding for jobs you may have found out places where they say pay an initial amount and then you will be given jobs. If you see such a thing just ignore it as it is always scam. Employers don’t ask for money when they hire you.
Be logical. If you see that the work you will do will bring benefit to you in a big way and less advantage to the employer, then there may be some twist or string attached. Always read the policies and terms before entering and work or program. Join programs which are in a win-win situation for both you and the employer.
You must be confused by the title? How can making stupid drawings at home make me money? How can a fifteen or twenty minute session scribbling on the paper makes me somewhat three to five grand a year. Well, even though how stupid it sounds many people has made it their profession and are earning way over the ten grand mark a year.

So the question now comes in, how and what exactly do you have to do to make this money? What are the skills required and how to put the creativity in action? Easy, you just have to use your imagination and come up with drawings. What exactly will these drawing be? Standardized stuff such as mascots, characters, occasional/festive related stuff like bells, toys, tools etcetera. So will making these drawings on paper do? Well, if you are looking for around making a grand a year then yes, else you’ll have to vectorize the drawings you make via Photoshop or Illustrator. As hard as it sounds, it is really not that hard. You just have to work up with a few tutorials and vectorization articles and you’ll be done.
Now, the questions coming up in your minds would be what to do after sketching and vectorization? Well, easy….Sell it. Where to sell? There are a lot of places. You can sell your sketches directly via many of the Marketplace forums like DigitalPoint, Sitepoint and V7N forums. Also you can put it up for sale at istockphoto where you get a certain percentage of the sale made of your design. Ways of monetizing your creative ideas is very easy, and you can use these designs to build a portfolio and may be you could get custom orders. And to be remembered when you get a custom order you also gets paid heavily for it. I have come across many designers charging about $500 - $800 for a mascot/character design. If they can get so much money, why not you?
Think about the possibilities for a while and make your choice.
There are methods to use your computer so that you can generate some cash from home. They are totally legitimate and real and with experience behind me I can say that they are not scam. I make around $5000 - $8000 a month just sitting home doing almost nothing.
So what programs do I use to earn a little mad money?
Be on a hunt “Paid to read Emails” or “Paid to Read/View Ads” programs. There have been many over the years. Very few of these online programs stay; else most of them are fraud and end in a short profitable span of five to seven months. I back in the early 2000 used a program AllAdvantage, a pretty good program paid be about $40 a month on average.

YouData is very similar to AllAdvantage, in that you’re viewing ads. You earn on the ads you view and the ads that anyone you refer views. The best earn and money is in referring. I tell you if you make $20 a week and you refer about 10 people who do the same and even if you 30% of their earning then that is around $300 on average just for referring. Some people might think that getting referrals is slow income but I over the years have come to known that these small amounts make up a huge total in the future. I am making around $500 - $800 a month just from referrals.
YouData has a pleasant sparkling layout, and ad viewing scheme. You can even download their little toolbar that will tell you when you have new ads to view if you want. It’s totally free to sign up - but you do need to have a cell phone.
Along with YouData, I have come across a great program called Hits4Pay. Hits4Pay has by far impressed me more than any other easy-cheesy read ads program. It’s so easy and the best part is that there are always ads to view and that you can pay to have them help you build a larger referral base and they have never failed to pay me. It always goes right into my PayPal account each month. I am currently making and I am not kidding - close to $400 a month through Hits4Pay! So there is $440-$480 that I am bringing in EACH month, by just reading some ads?
Recently I have added InboxDollars to my ad viewing program - another paid to read program in there…and it’s even more to my monthly cash base. InboxDollars has been around forever! It’s steady and I always get rewarded when I demand my checks. I earn approximately $30 a month -emails are sent to you and you can fill out offers on the site. I mostly do just the emails. But you can fill out offers.
Thus by far it is know that working from home by just reading and reviewing advertisements can make me around five to eight grand a year, then why not for you.
